MY IMPACT @ NAXUM
In 2023, I joined Naxum — and from day one, I focused on delivering impact that justified their decision. This case study highlights the strategic contributions I made and the systems I helped strengthen.
2023 (Quarter 1)
Built a Robust
Component Architecture
Redesigned the UI delivery workflow by introducing a reusable component system. Previously, designers created custom interfaces from scratch for every client. By componentizing repeatable sections and standardizing UI blocks, I:
- Increased client UI delivery speed by 90%
- Reduced redundant design work
- Improved cross-client consistency
- Shortened front-end development cycles
2023(Quarter 2)
Team Lead
Promoted to Team Lead, where I strengthened collaboration between UI designers and front-end engineers by introducing structured workflows and clearer handoff systems.
- Improved design-to-development handoff efficiency
- Increased UX consistency across client deployments
- Enhanced cross-team communication and alignment
2023 (Quarter 3)

- Created structured UI standards for the Virtual Office platform
- Reduced future redesign and refactor risks
- Laid the architectural foundation for scalable branding

WordPress migration
Led the migration of the front end team to a structured WordPress development workflow, creating reusable client-ready templates to standardize website builds and streamline production.
- Increased website development and production speed by 60%
- Created scalable templates for faster client onboarding
- Reduced custom-from-scratch builds across projects
- Improved delivery consistency and quality control
2025 - Promoted

PrimeVue Unified
Design System
Spearheaded the transition to a unified internal design system built on PrimeVue, fully redesigning the Phoenix platform through tokenization and structured system architecture.
- Connected Figma to PrimeVue using design tokens
- Eliminated hardcoded values across the platform
- Redesigned the entire Phoenix UI for scalability
- Improved theme adaptability and feature deployment speed
2026

Redesign
Collaborated closely with the COO to redesign the Naxum licensed app into a gamified, engagement-driven platform aligned with revenue growth objectives.
- Improved user engagement and retention
- Increased perceived product value
- Redesigned core flows for stronger use-case clarity
- Aligned UX strategy with revenue growth goals
