Things i built in my 3years @NAXUM
Over three years at Naxum, I evolved from a UI Designer into the VP of Design, helping transform how the company delivers product experiences for enterprise clients. During this time, I built and scaled a robust component-based design system, accelerated client UI delivery by nearly 90%, introduced structured workflows that improved development efficiency, and led the design direction for multiple SaaS and affiliate platforms. I also helped transition the team into a WordPress-based rapid deployment system, creating reusable templates that reduced website production time by over 60% while maintaining consistent design quality across client projects. My role grew from designing interfaces to shaping product strategy, mentoring designers, and aligning design systems with scalable engineering practices.
The NaXum Gamified App
I redesigned the OLD NaXum App with the sole purpose of increasing its market value through gamification. We also did an audit of all features and removed unneeded features that were hardly used and removed while we focus on the most used.
The Naxum Design System
Using the Prime One design system as base, we were able to built out the NaXum design system and Link the new design system through tokenization to the new Virtual Office software
